Coaching Relationship

I offer anti‑racism coaching, education, and guidance through my content, live sessions, and trainings. This coaching is designed to support learning, reflection, and personal development. It is not therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or clinical guidance.

Paid Subscriptions

If you choose a paid subscription:

• Substack processes your payment

• I do not receive or store your financial information

• You gain access to paid‑only content such as the anti‑racism toolkit, monthly trainings, and exclusive posts

Paid subscriptions are non‑refundable unless required by law.

Community Conduct

You agree not to:

• harass, harm, or target other community members

• post hateful, discriminatory, or violent content

• disrupt live sessions or community spaces

• misuse my content or platform

I reserve the right to remove comments, block users, or revoke access if behavior violates these standards.
